Your questions, answered
Is menta a marketplace?
No. menta is infrastructure. Resale runs inside your platform, under your brand. We never redirect fans, and customer data stays yours.
Our tickets are name-based and ID-checked. Does resale work?
Yes. The original ticket is cancelled and reissued in the buyer's name, so venue ID checks work as usual.
Will promoters see this as scalping?
It is the opposite. Fans can only list tickets they bought, at prices you cap, to verified buyers.
How much work is it for our team?
Very little. Your platform stays the source of truth. We connect by API and take on most of the build.
Who is merchant of record?
Set per market and per partner. menta can carry collection, payouts and disputes, or run them behind your own checkout.
What does it cost?
Revenue share only. No licence, no setup or integration fees, and the same model in every market.
